Q: I live outside of the United States. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the contiguous United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Please know, currently we do not ship to Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/PPO/DPO address or internationally.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

To ensure order accuracy and to protect our customers’ personal information, all orders must be placed with us online.

Q: I placed my order, now what?

Thank you for placing an order with us! You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and followed by a second email containing shipping information once your order has shipped. These emails will also provide great tips for using your new products!

Q: Where is my order?

Check the status of your order here. All you need is the email or phone number associated with your order. 

Q: How do I place a tax exempt order?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, our team begins processing your order right away. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. 

We do offer free returns after an order is received. Instructions for returning your order can be found here.

Q: I ordered/received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact us and we will happily provide resolution.
