Starting a Warranty Claim with SINGER®

  1. Locate the purchase receipt for your machine - required for warranty service & repair. 
  2. Locate your model here to review the terms of your manufacture's warranty. 
  3. Find the nearest warranty center here
  4. With purchase receipt in hand, contact the warranty center near you and describe what is occurring with your machine. The center will determine if a repair is needed and covered by your machine's warranty. 
  5. If repair is needed, securely package your machine (we recommend the original packaging & foam), a copy of your original purchase receipt, and take or send your machine to the authorized service center. 

Starting a Husqvarna Viking® Warranty Claim 

  1. Gather the purchase receipt for your machine - required for warranty service & repair. 
  2. Locate your model here to review the terms of your manufacture's warranty. 
  3. With your purchase receipt in hand, contact the dealer or retailer your machine was purchased from and describe what is occurring with your machine. Your authorized dealer or retailer will determine if a repair is needed and what costs are covered by your machine's warranty.   4. If repair is needed, securely package your machine (we recommend the original packaging & foam), a copy of your original purchase receipt, and take or ship your machine to your authorized dealer. 

Starting a PFAFF® Warranty Claim 

  1. Gather the purchase receipt for your machine - required for warranty service & repair.
  2. Locate your model here to review the terms of your manufacture's warranty. 
  3. With your purchase receipt in hand, contact the dealer or retailer your machine was purchased from and describe what is occurring with your machine. Your authorized dealer or retailer will determine if a repair is needed and what costs are covered by your machine's warranty.
